Shop states that the "Refund Order" button is not clear enough for employees who are making mistakes to click on this option for refunds as opposed to each individual product. These refunds can not be reversed, these mistakes can not afford to be made. They would like this button to be called something else for clarity's sake: "Refund Everything In Order"
