Shop states that customers are confused when they are viewing their order's status in their order history when shipping and local pick up orders mixed together are both listed as "fulfilled" and customers are uncertain which orders are picked up.

Shop would like to give customers greater clarity into the status of their orders by changing the labeled status indicators for orders.

Instead of fulfilled they would like to see "Ready for Shipment" and "Ready for Pick Up".

They would like an additional status for both Shipped and Picked Up items that trigger using the "Mark as Pick Up" button (with a new button for Shipping Orders) to add an additional status for customers that informs them an order is Picked Up or Shipped.
