While shoppers can currently favorite items or add products to a cart in the app, there is no shareable wishlist functionality that allows customers to curate a gift list and send a direct, shoppable link to family or friends for gifting occasions.
  • What does the shop want the product to do:-The shop wants an in-app "Wishlist / Gift Registry" feature where shoppers can save desired items to a dedicated list and easily share that list via a shareable link or message (SMS, email, social apps) with family and friends so others can shop on their behalf for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
  • Why/how would it improve sales or efficiency:- This feature drives incremental revenue by bringing external, high-intent shoppers (family and gift-givers) directly to the shop’s app or storefront. It increases holiday and birthday conversion rates, reduces gift-related returns/exchanges by ensuring the correct sizes and preferences are purchased, and boosts organic customer acquisition without additional ad spend.
