Shop have a brand new customer shopping, and they have items in their cart, but they don't have their phone # yet... they would be really cool if shop could send them a message that pops up inside of customer's app, for them only, if I need to communicate to them... for instance, shop have a new cart and it had an item in it that was not in the store... shop would like to be able to tell the person "why" I removed it from their cart... instead of them just wondering why?
