Currently, you can only tell that there is a customer note when viewing the orders on the Orders/Fulfillment page if you click the eye icon.

The shop would like some sort of symbol or indicator that lets you know there is a customer note to be viewed since the only notes that show up at a glance at orders are the Shop added notes.
