I still want to be able to offer "hour free shipping", just not for certain items, EXAMPLE, items that are heavy, like shoes.

We have items that have special shipping pricing but when we have free shipping on, it still is included. If those items required shipping, that would be good!

Can we revisit this! This NEEDS to happen! Items like shoes and jeans can cost minimum $10 to ship sometimes.

Yess!!! Would love to be able to exclude 'sale' or particular items and also have a price limit - ex: sales over $15.

Yes!! We neeeeed this so our smaller accessory items don’t look outrageously priced if we build shipping into the price

Agree! Or lower profit items like smaller accessories. When someone comes in and just buys 1 pair of earrings, I'm paying almost $3 each time to ship free. Usually people buy other items, but not always.
