What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop trying to upload an CSV file but getting error

What error messages are there: Getting Error "Row 1: Unknown Error

Did you replicate: I have tried to replicate and make changes in csv but not none of method worked.

What settings were checked:

checked the CSV file

Checked the CSV Data

Additional details: Tried to upload both new and old product screen but csv not worked, I have tried to make few changes however csv is only giving row 1 error, in the old product screen,

and if we try this into the new product screen we don't get any error but product also not get uploaded

We also tried to change the CSV template as per new and old but none of things are working for us
