What is the shop or customer experiencing? The shop is unable to locate SKU: sku47439 within the Products tab of the CommentSold dashboard. While the product is active in "Inventory Logs" and currently assigned to a "Scheduled Sale," it is completely missing from the primary Products view. What is the expected behavior? The product should be searchable and visible in the Products tab across the dashboard, especially since it is currently tied to an active/scheduled sale. What error messages are there? Dashboard: No specific error, but the SKU returns "No results." Shop Logs: Searching for the SKU (or any SKU) in the logs results in a "504 Gateway Timeout" error. Did you replicate? Yes. I have confirmed that the SKU does not appear in the Products tab search. However, I verified its existence via the Inventory Logs and Scheduled Sale sections. What settings were checked? Inventory Logs: Confirmed SKU exists and no recent manual changes were made by the shop. Scheduled Sales: Confirmed the SKU is currently showing in the active schedule sale. Shop Logs: Attempted to pull transaction/action history, but the search timed out. Shop Confirmation: The shop confirmed no bulk edits or deletions were performed on this SKU.
