Currently it does not require last name and getting a bunch of random first name customers and it is defaulting to the boutiques address. Also, email can be missing as well which defaults to the boutique email.
Also when the shop has 'require phone number' enabled, for this to work on the app as well

Use case: shop receives a lot of local pickup orders from customer with the exact same name, and has no other way to distinguish them.

Shoppes at Coldwater here. That would be great for first and last names to be required. It never fails that the one who uses their first name only and puts their phone number in as xxx-xxx-xxxx is the one you need to call about their order.

Shop: Belles And Whistles would like to see this fixed. They had an order placed on the 24th but CS didn't require a name so when the order was synced with Shopify it pulled over no information and the order was never sent to the shipping system they use.

Orders missing a last name should be flagged in the Orders tab.

Customer placed an order with out a name, CS shows an address. However when it synced over to Shopify there was no address attached.

+1 for requiring the address. Graeber Jewelers had an order not charged tax because no address was entered on an app local pickup order.

Customer was able to create an account without a name on the app, and then make a purchase, which now shows no customer name on the order. Customer name: Lorina Fragoso - Customer ID: 16662

Pushing this to Close The Loop - we need to get this resolved. It is causing issues with not being able to fulfill orders since the order does not have an associated last name.
