What is the shop or customer experiencing?
- The shop is unable to locate SKU: sku47439 within the Products tab of the CommentSold dashboard. While the product is active in "Inventory Logs" and currently assigned to a "Scheduled Sale," it is completely missing from the primary Products view.
What is the expected behavior?
- The product should be searchable and visible in the Products tab across the dashboard, especially since it is currently tied to an active/scheduled sale.
What error messages are there?
- Dashboard: No specific error, but the SKU returns "No results."
- Shop Logs: Searching for the SKU (or any SKU) in the logs results in a "504 Gateway Timeout" error.
Did you replicate? Yes. I have confirmed that the SKU does not appear in the Products tab search. However, I verified its existence via the Inventory Logs and Scheduled Sale sections.
What settings were checked?
- Inventory Logs: Confirmed SKU exists and no recent manual changes were made by the shop.
- Scheduled Sales: Confirmed the SKU is currently showing in the active schedule sale.
- Shop Logs: Attempted to pull transaction/action history, but the search timed out.
- Shop Confirmation: The shop confirmed no bulk edits or deletions were performed on this SKU.
