What is the shop or customer experiencing?
Multiple customers are experiencing checkout failures when attempting to pay using card payment methods on the shop's mobile app.
What is the expected behavior?
Customers should be able to successfully complete their checkout on the mobile app using card payment methods.
What error messages are there?

Did you replicate?
I am unable to replicate this issue because it occurs during the checkout process, which I cannot access.
What settings were checked?
Verified that affected customers have the most up-to-date version of the mobile app.
Checked customer logs.
Advised the shop owner to instruct affected customers to use the webstore or alternative payment methods (like PayPal or account credit) as a temporary workaround.
Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible.
