Steps to Reproduce - Tried replicating and getting the same error message screenshot attached for the reference, Confirming the browser also suggested the steps t download like try to download report #7 in the Reporting > CSV tab, and Reporting>>Best Selling>>Choose your Group by preference from the sub-menu>> Define your Start Date and End Date in the fields provided>>If desired, choose a Source from the drop-down>> If desired, choose a Product Brand from the drop-down>> Select the Retrieve button.

The team is reviewing this issue - current work around is to recommend breaking down the report into smaller date segments and then 'stitch' the info together
