The shop is reporting a price discrepancy on both the Webstore and the Mobile App. When viewing products in the feed or collection view or by searching (in the thumbnails), the incorrect sale price is being displayed. However, when clicking into the specific product page (Product Detail Page), the correct scheduled sale price is displayed.
We found that if we manually republish the affected item, the thumbnail sale price immediately updates to the correct amount.
The sale price displayed on the product thumbnail/card should match the active scheduled sale price automatically, without requiring the shop to manually republish the product.
No error messages are generated; this is a frontend display discrepancy.
Settings checked :
  • Scheduled Sales: Confirmed the products are in an "Active" sale and the prices are set correctly within the sale configuration.
  • Product Inventory: Checked the "Edit Product" > Inventory section; prices are displaying correctly in the backend.
  • Platform: Confirmed this is happening on both the Webstore and App.
