What is the expected behavior: While creating the Shipping manifest, it should give an error.

What error messages are there: API Version: /scan-forms/v3, Error Code: 400, Bad Request: barcodes cannot be grouped together in a 5CAN Form due to Manifest MID mismatch, Source Parameter: barcode, USPS Error Code: 160165
