Collection are failing to sort correctly when set to Publish Date Descending. The app is displaying older products from late 2025 and January 2026 at the top of the feed, while brand-new items published today (February 24, 2026) are not appearing in the expected positions.

What is the shop or customer experiencing: Shop said all the new products that are being entered in cs are showing 0 sold quantity but when clicking on the product, the inside information shows sold quantity. Sku K12-28601 is showing 0 sold but when clicked on inside the product there is cost and 5 sold quantity. What is the expected behavior: Product sold quantity should be shown on the product main screen under In Sold. What error messages are there: No error message Did you replicate: Yes, I have replicated on my test account and it is showing and working fine. What settings were checked: Product Inventory logs and sold count. Provide examples, sku’s: 28610, K12-28601.

Shop is trying to toggle on the "Identify Large Orders", under the Setup>> Fulfillment. It keeps disabling after enabling the setting.

When trying to pull any Aged Inventory report no matter if it's Sizes, Brands, or Collections you are taken to the products screen. When pulling any figure, it should populate a list of products included in that figure. Screenshots below.

Shop has reported that the product images are distorted on the Webstore regular images and when they tap to "See larger" button itself - it seems to stretch the images causing them to show blurry

Shop is getting many emails on different orders that- "Refund to customer failed".

When a shop manually purchases a label, the tracking is not being added to the order unless the shop refreshes the order. So instead of purchasing the label, and marking the order fulfilled, the system is asking to add the tracking to the order before fulfilling. Screen recording of the issue below.

Report #10 giving blank report to the Shop

Dashboard responding very slow. On the Orders page, it is taking time to show order items when shop clicks on the order number.

Shop has 'Disable Delivery Option' enabled, and local pickup enabled. Therefore, shoppers should not be able to place an order for delivery, but they still can.
