Dashboard responding very slow. On the Orders page, it is taking time to show order items when shop clicks on the order number.

Shop has 'Disable Delivery Option' enabled, and local pickup enabled. Therefore, shoppers should not be able to place an order for delivery, but they still can.

Shop experienced an issue where a customer was able to checkout without any details (name, phone, address, email).

Shop: VerClare Boutique that a waitlist authorization for a customer didn't go through. The logs show that the customer waitlisted the item before other customers but the other customers received the items. We aren't able to see any failures in the logs and the item is still showing in the customers waitlist as pre-authorized.

Shops are seeing items sync to TT when autosync is disabled

Shop restocked a Commentsold product and one of two created an order but the second will not process.

Shop: emmylou Issue: Shop is unable to add homepage and shop all to their mobile app. Steps tried: Pages deleted and recreated, published to ALL, still does not show up on the mobile app. We have even republished the webstore but no change.

Shop is seeing one of their mystery items pull the same item when ordered multiple times in one order

Shop is able to create Canadian international shipping labels through CS shipping, however the shipping labels are not pulling the correct monetary values of the packages.
