Deleted products from Square which are removed from CS are still visible on Mobile app after search
What is the shop or customer experiencing? Previously product were synced from Square, then shop deleted those products from Square and they were removed from CS dashboard also. However, if we search the products in Mobile app. They are still visible in the thumbnails. Then if we click on the thumbnail of the product then only it's showing it's not available. What is the expected behavior? The deleted product which are already removed from CS product catalog should not be visible in the Mobile app even after searching. What error messages are there? No error message, just that it's showing the deleted products in the mobile app. Did you replicate? Replicated on the mobile app by downloading the app, searched products, multiple deleted products are still visible on app. What settings were checked? Checked if the products were originated only from Square, and confirmed with shop that they were from Square. Checked with Shop if they have deleted the products from Square : Shop confirmed they were deleted and automatically removed from CS once Square sycned the product catalog. Checked when were the product deleted : Shop confirmed they were deleted around a month ago. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible. Tax not being charged particularly on the product and it's associated orders
What is the shop or customer experiencing? The shop noticed that tax is not being calculated or charged on orders containing a specific product when the customer selects "Local Pickup" or shipping at checkout. The order total summary shows $0.00 for tax, despite the shop having taxes configured for their state and a tax code properly assigned to the item. This issue appears to be isolated to one specific product and happening specially on local pickup ones. What is the expected behavior? When a customer selects "Local Pickup," the system should recognize the shop's physical location and automatically apply the tax rate to the taxable items in the cart, just as it would for a standard in-state shipping order. Also, in some of the shipping orders it's not charging taxes too. What error messages are there? N/A - There are no error messages. The system successfully processes the order but silently fails to add the tax amount to the final total. Did you replicate? Yes. I successfully replicated the behavior on my end. When adding this specific item to the cart and selecting the local pickup option and shipping option, the system does not calculate or charge any taxes. What settings were checked? * Checked the Orders/Fulfillment tab > Order Total Summary to confirm no tax was collected. Checked the customer's state versus the state where the shop's taxes are established in Avalara. Checked the specific product's settings to verify that a tax code is actively assigned to it. Provide examples, sku, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible: Product SKU: 99431 Affected Order Numbers: 82789, 82733 and all associated orders of product.
