MSM is reporting issues with a third party integration. We are seeing it cause issues to products syncing between Shopify and CS. Waiting for a resolution from the third party.

iOS customers are not able to checkout using Square on the website while using their mobile device. Some customers do not even have the credit/debit card option, for others when clicking "place order" the page will spin and spin but never process the order.

So, customer used credit but credit never applied however amount deducted from account.

When shop clicks on Insight tab, it is showing blank. Tried to log in via super admin and in another device as well.

Shop is trying to connect Square to their new account, but are receiving an error due to the square account being connected to a previous CommentSold account 3-4 years ago. The error says "Sorry, but it looks like you previously connected to Square under a different shop name. Please contact us for assistance." Shop does not remember the shop name, or admin name, but thinks they remember the email used. I will place details below.

Shop has reported that the Side bar has been disappeared on the CS dashboard in Mobile phone. We have tried clearing the cache cookies of the browser, force closing, logged in on Incognito tab however the side bar is still not appearing on the phone.

Shops homepage is displaying the wrong URL, which is resulting in a 404 error. We are not able to adjust the URL on our end. Below is the current URL, and what the URL should be.

Shop raised an Issue unable to view collection tab under Dropship getting an Strange Error (The Featured products page is not properly configured.)

Shop is getting custom domain error when trying to verify it. I have tried to delete it and asked to re-add, however, the shop faced the same error - "Unknown state when awaiting certificate procurement: failed".

In the site creator tab >> Pages >> Store page is not visible and there is not any thank you page visible for this Shop.
