Shops app search is not pulling items up by sku or style or even description. It will pull similar but the exact item is not being shown.

Shop is unable to login, in the account. Getting error- Something went wrong

Shop is on the search beta and when a customer uses the search function on the mobile app, the sale price does not display in the resulting products. Only the sale badge. You have to click into the product to see the sale price. Webstore works fine.

Order is showing a missing a mount for a line item - The subtotal + worry free is > the Total amount charged to the customer

The calendar UI is really off for CS Payments reporting and spaced vertically in the dropdown. This appears to be affecting ALL shops currently.

Could we please display a banner or message at the top if the shop doesn't have the default product tax code and/or shipping tax code entered? Currently, shops may think that Avalara is connected correctly when it is still missing important information.

Two issues reported here: First issue: Shop is reporting the Shipping Adjustment amount taken does not align with previous shipping adjustment amounts. Second issue: Shop is seeing their prepaid shipping credit balance showing as negative.

CSV is showing uploaded successfully but there is no product imported in the account. It shows the notification successful 0 of 112. It is working completely fine in test account in New Product Screen but not working in Shop's account on New Product Screen.

Customer uses the account credit to order and it didn't let the customer check out, account credit was deducted, however, not added back after checkout failed.

DS Product does not come up with the images when added to Product Catalogue. Specific Product: Basically Flowing Dolman Top
