Some customers are unable to preauthorize products. When they attempt to, they're getting an error that says: oops: someone broke the internet it's not you it's us.

The shop wants to add a custom domain on their account. The shop is getting a duplicate error on their end Error Message: Error Adding domains to service HTTP request returned status code 409: {"msg":"Duplicate record","detail" Shop will be able to add a Godaddy domain into this for their sale enhancement

Customer uses the account credit to order and it didn't let the customer check out, account credit was deducted, however, not added back after checkout failed.

Shop is trying to tun off the toggle for base loyalty and screen gets minimize . We also tried to turn off the toggle from our end but after refreshing the page it still says active

What is the shop or customer experiencing: When shop and customer is clicking on join us for live shopping on the slide show banner and any other live replay they are getting an error message 403 forbidden seems like it's happening sometimes with webstore and sometimes webstore is working fine What error messages are there: Getting error {403 forbidden} Did you replicate: Yes, replicated and get the same error one time What settings were checked: Checked custom Domain is set, Checked the custom domain setting on the GoDaddy DNS records tab and there were some more C Names records were added already and according to the shop it was already added before for a couple of years and it was working fine, suddenly it started giving error messages sometimes. Provide examples: Live shopping banner on Home page and sometimes when checking other Replay as well

Shop is getting error while adding domain to CS: "Error Message: Error Adding domains to service HTTP request returned status code 409: {"msg":"Duplicate record","detail":"Duplicate domain: ' 2broketeachers.com '"}".

Shops app search is not pulling items up by sku or style or even description. It will pull similar but the exact item is not being shown.

Shop is unable to login, in the account. Getting error- Something went wrong

Shop is on the search beta and when a customer uses the search function on the mobile app, the sale price does not display in the resulting products. Only the sale badge. You have to click into the product to see the sale price. Webstore works fine.

Shop had trolls comment on their live and they blocked them from the live, but in the logs it doesn't show any information for their account, seeming like they didn't have one (unless they found some way to create one, delete it without it being logged and still comment). There were about 50 of them.
