Search results for a product shows broken images. The product's image appears as expected on Quick View and on the Product's actual page. Image is the image is displaying from the admin dashboard's Product page and Edit Media page. Image meets minimum requirements and file type.  Upload was 3 hours prior to reporting.

What is the shop or customer experiencing? The shop reports that when attempting to issue a partial refund as Account Credit for a specific item, the Calculate Refund button is grayed out, preventing the process from being completed. What is the expected behavior? When the shop selects Refund Order > Partial Refund > Account Credit and enters the amount for a specific item, the Calculate Refund button should be active and clickable. What error messages are there? None. The button is simply non-responsive/disabled. Did you replicate? Confirmed. After obtaining shop permission, I followed the workflow (Refund Order > Partial Refund > Account Credit). The Calculate Refund button remained grayed out after entering the item amount. Shop has a shopper getting this error on a checkout. They have tested on wifi and on Cell data for the device they are using.

Shop tried to pull the inventory snapshot report dated 12/29/25 and it only exports the column titles. It's not pulling any product information. I tried to generate it from my end but got the same blank report.

Shop is missing the CSV - New option under Reporting on their CS dashboard.

When you make an order in the app the line address will not save and when you change tyour address in the webstore it will not save as well.

Shoppers are getting a failed blank page when going to cart on the app for shop.

What is the expected behavior: Shop purchased the labels in bulk after that they want to print shipping labels in bulk but getting error. What error messages are there: Shop is unable to print labels in bulk getting error 'You don't have any labels for 'Processing' Orders" but able to print labels manually for each order. Did you replicate: Yes, getting same error while printing on bulk on test shop What settings were checked: checked order's details, label has been created for all orders by the shop , checked view credit history. Provide examples, order #, customer names, and screenshots where possible: 284986, 284988.

Shop's product videos aren't loading on mobile app. Products SKU: 1211101 Products video isn't loading it's keep buffering. So far shop has shared this product sku. This has never been an issue for the shop until today around 4pm. We replicated on iOS app and it's showing the same on our end, it's happening for this product only.

Products are posted to the app but it is showing no product found. When we are searching in the app then a product comes up but not showing in the feed or particular collection for which product was selected. I have tried to replicate this on the shop app. I have tired to post one product in the app however, it still showing no product found SKU: PFPCT1
