Customer was able to checkout on Local pickup with No name via PayPal. The email + address is the shop information.

Customers are getting an error when trying to checkout on the APP via PayPal since new app release.

Would be awesome if customers were able to leave product reviews. With the amazon age we live in, we are accustomed to reading reviews. Would be super beneficial if customers could leave product reviews and ratings

Shop would like to view analytics for how long shoppers spend on their webstore, and what they are clicking on and searching for.

Shoppers are being prompted at checkout to update their contact info with their phone number at checkout. They get an error when trying to update it in cases of duplicate accounts. Shops with MSM have an increased amount of duplicate accounts due to accounts being created from Shopify orders. Currently we are advised to NOT combine MSM and CS accounts, so customers have no way to update that info on their own. Customers are unable to checkout in that case and have to reach out to the shop to manually update their phone number so they can proceed.

Shops are noticing regular customers' orders come through without names for the shipping address and with no name on their customer account. When you go to their account to edit their name, it's been replaced with a space in that field. Most of these cases are repeat customers who had their names entered for previous orders.

Customer checked out on stripe / apple pay / guest. Email + Name are MIA on order

Shop had an order paid fully in Payment Credit. They clicked the return arrow, returned the product and clicked 'refund this product' and it did not refund the customer the full amount automatically. This order had no shipping charged (within free shipping window) and no seel fee.

Overselling on Product Variant due to no inventory adjustment on Meta Commerce synced order. This occurred to all the orders placed on 16th Nov'24 through Meta

We're looking to return search results based on the following: product name, price, variants, tags, vendor, & sku. NOT product description. Its causing the search results to pull such a wide variety of product, that isn't accurate because of styling tips/comparisons made in the description.
