Customer had a checkout attempt that never went through and it used customer credit then didn't return it to their account.

Shop had a shopper get an added to cart from waitlist notification but the product never went to their cart. We do have the log for added to cart but there is no indication it ever went there and is still in their waitlist.

Shop is no able to see images on product tab or any pages , only few customers are able to see the images of products.

Their is only customer who is unbale to checkout from iPhone on website and mobile app using store credit as payment method.

Steps to Reproduce - Tried replicating and getting the same error message screenshot attached for the reference, Confirming the browser also suggested the steps t download like try to download report #7 in the Reporting > CSV tab, and Reporting>>Best Selling>>Choose your Group by preference from the sub-menu>> Define your Start Date and End Date in the fields provided>>If desired, choose a Source from the drop-down>> If desired, choose a Product Brand from the drop-down>> Select the Retrieve button.

Shop is seeing the refund amount options that show up in CS not matching what should be refunded. We can't find a tax or additional charge reason (Seel/Redo) that mathematically accounts for the amounts shown. Additionally when Redo was cancelled, it was refunded twice.

Shop has products with a weight of 0 in Shopify. They sync over and there is nothing in that column in the CS side. When you filter by "no weight" they will not show up.

A couple customers have gotten this code in their Preauthorization failed emails: {"errors":[null,null,null,null,null,null,null,"payments: Field 'payments' is array must contain at least 1 element(s)"],"success":false} It seems like the card has been removed, but the error code is not helpful to the customer and makes for a strange email to receive.

In PA, tax is not collected for clothes, but it is for jewelry. The tax code was set to the default clothing because it couldn't pull anything from the tax field that no longer exists in Avalara due to Shopify/Avalara's changes. Issue: As of June 1, Avalara and Shopify changed the way Avalara works in Shopify. All tax codes are now entered in a metafield and not in the prior tax code box. If a product has no variants, Shopify and Avalara have directed them to use the product metafield. With variants, use the variant metafield. They're populating the variant metafield in all cases. They are seeing tax not being calculated for products and want to make sure that CS has updated the field from which we are pulling the tax code in Shopify after this change.

Shop is importing product CSV in CS, which is not showing the product image on Main Product Screen.
