What is the shop or customer experiencing? Customer is unable to checkout while using account credits , they are not getting option to pay from card if they checked the box of account credits What error messages are there? na Did you replicate? Yes , tried to able to pay with the card on checkout but don't have store credit , if customer select store credit and then pay from the card , they are not getting the option to pay from any of the cards What settings were checked? checked customer account , available credits in cx account , app version . Cx name -  Susie parker  appversion-4.2.10 asked shop to force close and relaunch the app and then check and they have already tried delete and reinstall the app 2 times
