Customer is reporting that during a live, they are unable to checkout. They receive the error, "Oops... Someone broke the internet. It's not you, it's us..."

Shop want a feature where they can download the comments from the live. Please work on that so our shops can have the feature like that in Future.

Customer is unable to checkout while using account credits , they are not getting option to pay from card if they checked the box of account credits What error messages are there? na Did you replicate? Yes , tried to able to pay with the card on checkout but don't have store credit , if customer select store credit and then pay from the card , they are not getting the option to pay from any of the cards What settings were checked? checked customer account , available credits in cx account , app version . Cx name - Susie parker appversion-4.2.10 asked shop to force close and relaunch the app and then check and they have already tried delete and reinstall the app 2 times

What is the shop or customer experiencing? Shop wants to know who and when Order was marked as fulfilled. Order no- 5251501. Also there is no Tracking number What error messages are there? n/a Did you replicate? Not able to replicate What settings were checked? Checked the Order/Fulfillment tab. What is the shop or customer experiencing: shop unpublished 32000 thousand products still there visible in the website What error messages are there? No Did you replicate? yes, i have the in website few unpublished product there still visible in the website and i unpublish few of the product and search it again in the website still they are visible. What settings were checked? they are completely unpublish under products. Go to Social Setup> Auto Publish to Webstore. Go to Website Content >Default Products to Unpublished and click on enable. Provide examples, These are the skus showing under collection which i checked RGC113825, RG08810EW,RGB1151NX unpublish products: SKU: dssku-21919-150248, ,SKU: 093025SilverPinkWing{this is posed on Facebook only SKU: 093025SilverPinkWing} This product sku CX825-02 is archived by the shop and showing unpublished still it is visible on the website.

Shop wants an option to send notification for order fulfilment through mobile app, this will help customer to receive an notification through mobile app when the order gets fulfilled.

Product is not publish, not posted to app or web. However still showing in the app. Product name- The Buckley Cloud Travel Dress, this is a TikTok Product. Shop Schedule the buckley travel dress to go direct to the app on monday and it posted it on the app now. Shop tried to removed it from comment sold and it's still showing live in the app.

Shop products are not auto getting marked variant received.

Legacy apps had a “slide to checkout” checkout page that fit within one screen and simple options, vs new checkout you have to scroll down the entire checkout page to complete checkout. Shop would like a “slide to checkout”/simpler checkout page option back for easy/faster checkout during live sales to minimize the amount of time a customer would have to spend leaving the live to check out.
